8 Bedroom VillaHOLIDAY LETS ONLY Two fabulous villas located in the heart of Benalmadena Pueblo. This villa is split into two, completely independent villas, each on one level and both furnished to the highest standard.
The top villa has three double bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, en suite shower and separate toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have double beds that can be turned into single and bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a large terrace with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea and overlooking the swimming pool. There is a spacious lounge with open plan American style kitchen with modern fittings and granite surfaces and a guest bathroom. Independent air conditioning throughout, broadband internet access, electric blinds and Sky TV. The pool is completely un-overlooked and set in a tranquil, mature garden.
Just on the other side of the pool there are two independent one bedroom annexes both with bathrooms and the bottom apartment having a small kitchen also. Both have air con. They are ideal for staff, teenagers or guests.

The bottom villa has three double bedrooms, en suite bathroom and a luxury guest bathroom. The large lounge opens onto the garden and pool area offering breathtaking views. There is an American style kitchen that has modern fittings and is fully equipped. The villa has air con throughout, sky TV, internet access, electric blinds and a garage.
Both top and bottom villas can be rented out separately or as one whole.
Two bedroom apartmentThis brand new furnished apartment is situated in El Pinillo, just a 20 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes to El Pinillo train station. There is a bus route nearby and a large Carrefour supermarket just opposite.
The apartment is finished to a high standard and has wooden flooring throughout, air con hot and cold and satellite connection. It has two double bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes. One bedroom has an ensuite bath room and there is a guest shower room also. The lounge is a good size with a small terrace overlooking the community pool. The kitchen is fitted to a high standard with an oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a little outside utility area.
The apartment comes with an underground parking space and storage room and free use of the community gym and pool.
