We at Rentals Benalmadena can offer property owners a Management Package that will give them peace of mind that their property is being taken care of in their absence. Whether renting out or using the property as a holiday home, we can take care of all aspects of Property Management.

Below is our standard Package offered but of course can be tailored to suit your specific requirements.

Monthly visual inspection of interior and exterior for short/holiday lets and Quarterly inspections for long lets
Cross check inventory list after each let and examine furniture for wear and tear. Owner must provide first inventory list together with agent.
Check for pests and vermin after each let and recommend remedial action
Test all electrical equipment before and after each let
Test sanitary and plumbing before and after each let
Act as official key holder within office hours
Collect mail on a weekly basis and hold in office or redirect to home as required
Publish monthly report and accounts for owners detailing status of property and recommendations.
Thoroughly air rooms before each let
Arrange emergency repair work with landlords permission
Meet and inspect any contractor works
Arrange airport collections, cleaners, contractors etc (costs to be paid by the owner)
Provide a Helpline for emergency repairs
Collect rents from Tenants and pay into landlords Spanish bank account within time specified on contract
When informed by owner of utility bill debits, we will collect from tenant and pay into owners Spanish bank account
